My name is Lindsey Bouwhuis. I am a senior in high school, and I plan on studying animation in college. My dream is to one day animate for Disney or Pixar. I’ve been drawing since I could hold a crayon, and haven’t stopped since. I plan on submitting an AP Studio Art drawing portfolio at the end of this school year, and am very excited to see how my skills develop both with digital media and traditional media.

Outside of drawing, I run track and cross country with the high school team. I love the close friendships I make during the cross country season, but I am a sprinter at heart. While I do run all three sprint races-the 100, 200, and 400-my absolute favorite race is the 100 meter dash. My goal for the upcoming track season is to break the school record in the 100 meter by running a sub-12 second race. I hope to be able to continue running track in college.
