For this project, I made a space scene in Photoshop. I used layer styles, blend modes, patterns and filters to create stars, a nebula, and planets. My favorite part of the assignment was creating the dust ring around the larger planet. I liked being able to play with the colors and opacity of the rings once I put them on the planet. I also liked being able to use my own pictures for textures so my planets were totally unique.
